STEP 1

CONNECT & COLLECT

We start the collaboration with an introduction and inventory of your current plastic waste stream (PP). Depending on the type of plastic packaging and quantities, FIRE-OFF offers a number of logistics solutions including pallets, bins, cages or (food-safe) containers. Your used buckets will be collected by a truck from Dijkstra Plastics or FIRE-OFF.

STEP 2

RECYCLE

The collected packaging is separated and stored at FIRE-OFF. When there is sufficient volume, an efficient recycling process is started per separated waste stream. Within this process packaging will be recycled into raw recycled materials (granules) that serve as the basis for new high quality end products for the non-food industry.

STEP 3

REPRODUCE & REUSE

The granules are processed by Dijkstra Plastics into packaging for the non-food industry, made from 100% recycled plastic. With this process we turn plastic packaging into granules and the granules into plastic packaging. Let’s close the loop and go circular!
